Overview
Secure Computer Recycling and Disposal offer a trade-in of old assets.
We collect, perform an audit, test, repair if necessary, clean, reconfigure if needed to increase value, then separate into marketable products and those that no longer have saleable value.
Assets that meet criteria and are still marketable are purchased using fair, best-price market rate valuation.
For larger projects, we can add on inspection and test, and tagging at our state-of-the-art facility. We can then redeploy, or store on your behalf if required. Items you do not need to be redeployed, we can recycle or remarket.
As part of our process, we will remove all customer identification and assure that your proprietary data is removed from the hard drives using industry-standard software.
If you require additional protection, we can use the latest Department of Defense (DOD3) process to wipe the disks for an additional fee.
What happens if your equipment has no market value?
We will look into all viable, sustainable options before disposal – including the use of individual parts or charity donations – before we process parts for safe disposal through appropriate channels. Overall, we recycle 94% of eWaste we collect.
For equipment that does not meet our buyout criteria, we have the means to reduce disposal costs for our clients or offer credit toward recycling items that cannot be resold.
